How to prepare face and body skin for summer in 5 steps

The summer is crazy, the skin even more! And each has its own temper: some get irritated for nothing, others turn red at the first kiss of the sun and there are always those who need extra pampering to always be at the top. The skin of each, especially that of the face, has its own peculiarities. But to prepare for summer, there are more or less valid rules for all. Because after an endless sequence of scarves, high-necked sweaters and, this year, also of masks, the skin needs to return to new life before being exposed to the sun for tanning. The good news? More than rules, it’s about ways to take care of yourself.

1.EXFOLIATES
The first step to preparing your skin for summer? Undress it! Even if the skin on the face is always at the forefront, she also needs to take off some layers. To exfoliate your skin properly in view of summer:
